Our Story
Celebrating Imotski engages all six senses in humane and generous upscale hospitality, innovatively crafted from our authentic traditions.
Our team is brought together by our shared passions for hospitality and our native land. We bring a variety of experiences to the table: conceptualizing, building and leading luxury hotels, performing high gastronomy and mixology, teaching luxury hospitality, and much more. Truth be told, we could all have been somewhere else, but we chose the here and now. And it’s wow!
We built the Emotheo Heritage Hotel as a place of joy and power where Imotski is celebrated and experiences are emotionally guided by the culture and beauty of our land. Celebrating Imotski for us means building a personal relationship with its majesty, one guest, and one experience at a time. We are committed to attention to detail in guest personalization, our heavenly location, and all aspects of experience design.
The Design
Emotheo Heritage Hotel fuses tradition and innovation. Its architecture is a visual expression of this idea. The eastern part of the facade is a renewed old building that once upon a time also housed a hotel, while the western part showcases how archaic models can inspire architectural innovation. The hotel interiors follow the same tagline. For example, the carpet in the corridors is inspired by a Roman mosaic found not far from here. The warm colors of stone and wood, shaded by the blue of our waters and sky, create an additional charm. Every hotel room tells a story about an important Imotski landmark. The staff uniforms are fashionably tailored based on the motifs of our national costumes. The restaurant and bar paint the same picture through sublime somatic delights.
